AlwaysOn, LLC ("AlwaysOn") believes in your right to privacy and is committed to the use of fair information practices on the Internet. This AlwaysOn Privacy Statement applies to AlwaysOn's web site at www.aonetwork.com (the "AlwaysOn Site") and the services offered via the AlwaysOn Site (the "AlwaysOn Services"). TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Personal Information. When you register to become a member of AlwaysOn, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. Examples of the personal information that we collect include, but are not limited to, your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, work history and educational background.
- IP Addresses. An internet protocol address ("IP address") is the unique number that identifies the computer you are using to browse the Internet. AlwaysOn uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the AlwaysOn Site, track users' movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
DISCLOSURE AND USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Information Provided During Registration. The personal information you provide us when registering as a member of AlwaysOn is publicly available on the AlwaysOn Site as part of your member profile.
This means that your member profile may be accessed and viewed by other members or corporate sponsors of AlwaysOn. You may choose to opt-out of this public disclosure of your member profile by contacting us at

Posted Information.
The AlwaysOn Site allows you to post information in public forums. Any information you voluntarily disclose through this medium is necessarily disclosed to the public.
E-Mail and Promotional Materials.
We send all new members a welcome e-mail to verify password and username. In addition AlwaysOn publishes a weekly email newsletter called "Weekly AO Rap". This service is optional and may be administrated from the Member Preferences Page. AO reserves the right to send promotional materials in the future.
Aggregate Information Shared with Third Parties.
From time to time, we may disclose anonymous information or personal information about our members in the form of aggregated statistics to third parties for marketing purposes.
Other Third Party Disclosure.
AlwaysOn reserves the right to disclose any personal information about you or your use of the AlwaysOn Site/Services, including its content, without your prior permission if AlwaysOn has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of AlwaysOn or its affiliated companies; (3) enforce the Terms of Use; or (4) act to protect the interests of its members or others.

The AlwaysOn Site may contain images of and links to third party web sites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of AlwaysOn and AlwaysOn is not responsible for the content of any Linked Site. Use of information collected at Linked Sites is subject to any privacy policies at those sites.
DATA FROM CHILDREN
AlwaysOn does not collect data from individuals that identify themselves as children under the age of thirteen, and the AlwaysOn Site/Services are not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen. If AlwaysOn becomes aware that it has received information from a child under the age of thirteen, we will delete all personally identifiable information concerning that child from our records.
SECURITY
AlwaysOn wants your personal information to remain as secure as reasonably possible. AlwaysOn secures the personal information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access. When highly confidential information, such as a credit card number, is transmitted over the Internet, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
