The AlwaysOn Site allows you to post information in public forums. Any information you voluntarily disclose through this medium is necessarily disclosed to the public.
E-Mail and Promotional Materials.
We send all new members a welcome e-mail to verify password and username. In addition AlwaysOn publishes a weekly email newsletter called "Weekly AO Rap". This service is optional and may be administrated from the Member Preferences Page. AO reserves the right to send promotional materials in the future.
Aggregate Information Shared with Third Parties.
From time to time, we may disclose anonymous information or personal information about our members in the form of aggregated statistics to third parties for marketing purposes.
Other Third Party Disclosure.

DATA FROM CHILDREN
AlwaysOn does not collect data from individuals that identify themselves as children under the age of thirteen, and the AlwaysOn Site/Services are not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen. If AlwaysOn becomes aware that it has received information from a child under the age of thirteen, we will delete all personally identifiable information concerning that child from our records.
